According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred near 90th Avenue North and 50th Street. Investigators said Evan was traveling eastbound on 90th Avenue North when his vehicle failed to negotiate a curve.
Authorities reported that the vehicle crossed into the opposite lane before entering the north ditch. It then traveled through brush and between two trees before crossing the Buffalo River and ultimately striking a tree on the riverbank.
